Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral Partner to join its Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on counseling employers, managing high-stakes employment litigation, and advising on workplace policies and compliance matters.

The team handles a broad mix of preventive counseling, individual and class-action defense, wage-and-hour matters, and union/collective bargaining issues. The position offers client-facing leadership, business development responsibility, and collaboration with experienced employment litigators and advisors.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience advising employers on employment law matters and defending employment litigation
• Track record of origination and client development in the Los Angeles market
• Active admission to the California bar or eligibility for admission
