Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & Intellectual Property (San Francisco)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its San Francisco litigation team, with a focus on antitrust and patent litigation. The role will handle high-stakes disputes across private equity, life sciences, and technology clients, and will collaborate with colleagues in related industry teams.

The position requires courtroom experience, client development, and the ability to lead cross-office teams on complex matters. The team works on bet-the-company IP and antitrust litigation as well as related counseling and strategy.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience with significant patent and/or antitrust matters
• Track record of client development in private equity, life sciences or technology sectors
• Proven litigation management and trial readiness, including leading multi-disciplinary teams
