Partner, Litigation & Corporate — New York

An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its commercial litigation capability in New York. The role will involve leading high-stakes commercial disputes while collaborating closely with the corporate and finance teams on matters that cross practices.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in a busy practice group, handle complex litigation from strategy through trial or dispositive motion, and work with senior lawyers across corporate and finance matters. This is an opportunity to grow a litigation bench and develop cross-practice client work in a major market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level commercial litigation experience, including trial and motion practice
• Proven client-development track record and ability to originate new matters
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers; admitted to practice in New York
