Leading global law firm seeks a partner to strengthen its commercial litigation and corporate transactional bench in Philadelphia. The role focuses on high-value commercial disputes and significant M&A and corporate deals across multiple industries.

The team prioritizes acquisitions of established teams (rather than single hires) to scale transactional capacity and litigation capability. Key sector experience sought includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive; matters have cross‑market exposure in New York, Northern California, Texas, the UK and Germany.

• Proven track record handling high-value commercial litigation and significant corporate transactions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and integrate a team of lawyers (team lateral moves preferred)
• Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
