Partner — Litigation, Corporate & Technology, Pittsburgh

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice that blends litigation, corporate transactions and technology-focused work. The role will lead and develop matters in fintech, cyber security and corporate M&A, advising sophisticated clients on high‑stakes disputes and transactional risk.

The position offers responsibility for business development and practice leadership, with significant cross‑jurisdictional work including matters on the West Coast and nationwide. Candidates should be comfortable building a team and originating new client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in litigation and corporate work involving fintech, cyber security or technology companies
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading deal or dispute teams
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
