Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology) — San Francisco

Leading practice seeking a lateral partner to build and lead cross-disciplinary matters at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and technology. The role focuses on fintech, cyber security, and technology-related M&A and corporate governance work, supporting West Coast clients and strategic national matters.

Ideal candidate will join an established team and contribute both courtroom and deal-side capabilities, helping grow a market-facing platform across fintech and cybersecurity sectors. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and leadership within the office.

• Significant partner track record in litigation and technology-related corporate matters (fintech, cyber, M&A)
• Proven client development and team leadership experience
• Bar admission in California or ability to obtain promptly
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
