Partner, Litigation & Employment — Hartford

Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a busy practice in Hartford. The role combines general commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on employment & labor matters, professional liability, healthcare and construction-related disputes.

The partner will handle trial- and arbitration-level work, mentor a small team of associates, and develop new client relationships across the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, national firm with a broad client base while running a market-facing practice locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of partner-level litigation experience, including trials and arbitrations
• Experience in employment & labor counseling and litigation; familiarity with healthcare and construction disputes preferred
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
