Partner — Litigation, Employment & Healthcare (Tampa)

Senior litigation partner role in a national firm seeking an experienced trial lawyer to lead and grow a commercial litigation and employment practice from the Tampa office. The role includes significant responsibility for client management, case strategy, and cross-practice collaboration on matters involving healthcare and construction-related disputes.

The team handles professional liability, employment law, healthcare regulatory disputes, and construction litigation. The successful candidate will manage high-stakes matters, mentor associates, and work with existing litigation and regulatory teams to develop business.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation and labor & employment experience, including professional liability and healthcare matters
• Proven business development record and client-management skills
• Ability to lead trial teams and supervise associates; active bar admission in Florida (or ability to obtain)
