Partner — Litigation & Employment (Livingston)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Litigation and Employment practices in the Livingston office. The role will focus on commercial litigation, employment and professional liability matters, with significant work arising from healthcare and construction sectors.

The position requires a seasoned trial and litigation partner able to manage and develop client relationships, supervise teams, and contribute to business development across the practice areas. The team handles a mix of defense-side matters for private and institutional clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation and employment practice with significant trial/contested experience
• Established client relationships in healthcare, construction, or professional liability preferred
• Ability to lead teams, win new work and cross-sell across practice groups
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
