Partner, Litigation & Employment — New York

Senior litigation partner role in a busy New York office focused on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, healthcare disputes and construction-related litigation. The role combines client-facing litigation work with responsibility for growing and managing a practice group.

The successful candidate will lead complex matters across professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes, working with experienced litigation teams and handling high-stakes client engagements. This is a partnership opportunity with expectations for practice development and cross-practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in commercial litigation and employment matters, with experience in professional liability and healthcare disputes preferred
• Proven business development and client management skills
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to become admitted) and significant partner-level experience
