Partner, Litigation & Employment — Omaha

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Omaha office to expand and lead litigation, employment & labor, and healthcare-related practices. The role will focus on managing complex civil litigation, professional liability matters, healthcare disputes, and construction-related claims.

The partner will handle client relationships, lead case strategy and trials, mentor junior lawyers, and develop new business across the region. This is an opportunity to join an established team with a broad commercial litigation platform and cross-practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in commercial litigation, employment law, and healthcare or professional-liability matters
• Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience managing complex files
• Track record of client development and team leadership
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
