National litigation-focused practice seeks a partner to join its Omaha office to lead complex civil litigation and securities-related matters. The role emphasizes courtroom experience, white-collar and regulatory defense work, and development of a regional litigation platform.

The incoming partner will handle significant trial and investigative matters, mentor junior litigators, and work with a cross-office team on multi-jurisdictional disputes. The firm offers established practice support and a clear expectation to grow local client relationships.

• Established trial and securities litigation experience, including white-collar or regulatory matters
