Partner — Litigation & Employment, Richmond

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Richmond office to expand its commercial litigation and employment practices, with additional matters in healthcare and construction-related disputes. The role combines courtroom work, client counseling, and team leadership on complex, high-stakes matters.

The successful candidate will step into an established litigation platform, work with a cross-practice team on professional liability and employment matters, and help grow regional client relationships. This is a visible role with significant client-facing and business-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and litigation experience in commercial, employment, or professional liability matters
• Demonstrated client development and relationship-management track record
• Bar admission in Virginia (or ability to obtain) and experience leading a team of associates/counsel
