Established litigation department seeking an experienced first-chair trial lawyer to join its Garden City (Long Island) office. The role offers responsibility for leading high-stakes civil litigation matters, supervising associates, and developing litigation strategy across commercial disputes.

The team handles a broad mix of commercial and complex litigation matters. The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the office, working closely with cross-practice teams and contributing to business development.

• Proven first-chair trial and motion practice experience
• Track record of leading teams and developing client relationships
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in New York
