The role emphasizes defense work in healthcare matters including False Claims Act and managed-care litigation, alongside technology-adjacent disputes involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The successful candidate will combine courtroom and client-management experience with a track record of originating and growing engagements. This is a visible partner role responsible for developing business, supervising associates, and collaborating across practice groups.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level litigation experience, including defense of healthcare-related claims (e.g. False Claims Act, managed care)
Relevant experience handling technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) and advising clients on related risks
Proven client origination and business development skills; ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers
