Partner, Litigation & Healthcare — New York

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team, with a primary focus on healthcare-related disputes and regulatory defense. The role will handle complex matters including False Claims Act defense and managed-care litigation, and will cross-collaborate on technology-related business litigation involving AI, cyber security and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will lead trial and appellate work, supervise associates, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s healthcare and technology practices. This is a client-facing role with significant business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established litigation partner track record with significant healthcare and/or technology dispute experience
• Experience leading trials, investigations and regulatory defense (including FCA matters)
• Proven client-development skills and ability to cultivate cross-practice opportunities
