Partner, Litigation & Healthcare — Salt Lake City

Lead and grow a litigation-focused practice team handling healthcare disputes, False Claims Act defense and technology-related business litigation. The role combines courtroom and trial work with counseling clients on cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency risk.

You'll manage and mentor associates, develop and execute business development strategies, and collaborate with national practice groups on complex, cross-disciplinary matters. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility for originating and expanding work in the Salt Lake City market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience with healthcare matters, including FCA defense and managed-care disputes
• Demonstrated experience counseling clients on cybersecurity, AI or cryptocurrency-related litigation or investigations
• Track record of developing business and leading teams
