An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago office and help drive growth across its litigation, intellectual property and antitrust practices. This is an opportunity to bring a portable practice into a platform with strong cross-disciplinary capabilities and significant client demand.

The role sits at the intersection of patent litigation, complex commercial disputes and competition matters. The incoming partner will have a particular focus on clients in the life sciences and technology sectors, as well as antitrust work arising from private equity and transactional activity.

The firm maintains a collaborative, open compensation environment and offers substantial support for client development and practice leadership. This is a partner-level appointment for an attorney with an existing book of business and a demonstrated ability to generate and sustain client relationships.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
Significant experience in patent litigation, complex commercial litigation, and/or antitrust and competition matters
Demonstrated focus on life sciences, technology, and private equity-linked clients
Proven ability to lead matters and develop client relationships
