Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate (Raleigh)

Senior partner hire to join a national firm’s growing Southeast office, supporting litigation, intellectual property and corporate practices. The role suits an established partner seeking to lead matters, develop client relationships and collaborate across national offices.

Priority needs include corporate transactional work, patent/IP litigation and high-value mass tort/product liability practices; candidates with ERISA/benefits experience will also be considered. The office offers flexibility on compensation structure and collaboration with other regional teams.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in litigation, IP and/or corporate practice areas
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and matters
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and grow regional presence
