An opportunity has arisen for an experienced partner to join a litigation group in San Francisco, with a practice spanning complex litigation, intellectual property and antitrust matters. The role is suited to a candidate who can operate across contested commercial disputes while maintaining a focus on patent litigation within the life sciences and technology sectors.

The group advises private equity and corporate clients on antitrust and competition issues arising in transactions, alongside IP-driven disputes in innovation-heavy industries. The successful candidate will be expected to lead matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice in the Bay Area and beyond.

This is a partner-level position with compensation determined on an open system, and there is scope to work within a wider platform that supports energy and life sciences clients across multiple regions.

• Partner-level experience in complex litigation, with a focus on patent litigation and/or antitrust and competition matters
• Strong track record in life sciences and technology-related disputes
• Experience advising private equity and corporate clients on contentious and transactional competition issues
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
