Senior litigation partner role in Muscat for an established international firm seeking a market-facing leader to grow and manage disputes work across Oman and the region. The role combines fee-earning responsibility with team leadership and business development for corporate and commercial litigation matters.

You'll join a small but well-regarded disputes team, take on complex civil and commercial litigation mandates, and help shape the practice's future as current partners transition. This is a hands-on position with a significant focus on building client relationships and developing a regional book of work.

Track record as a senior litigation lawyer with substantial fee-earning experience in commercial disputes.
Demonstrable leadership and team-management experience, including mentoring junior lawyers.
Strong business development capability and regional market contacts relevant to Oman/Greater Gulf disputes work.
Professional qualification permitting partnership in the relevant jurisdiction.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
