Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a litigation and compliance & regulatory practice in Muscat. The role will take primary responsibility for white‑collar/criminal regulatory work, major contested matters and advisory regulatory mandates across the region.

This position requires hands‑on leadership: building a local team, supporting business development, mentoring senior associates and ensuring smooth succession as existing partners retire. The post reports into the regional practice leadership and will be a visible market-facing role.

Proven senior-level experience in litigation and regulatory / compliance matters, with particular strength in white‑collar crime
Track record of leading teams, originating instructions and developing client relationships in the Middle East
Admission to practise in Oman or ability to obtain relevant licensing; regional or international qualifications preferred
Strong commercial judgement, excellent client management and people‑management skills
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
