Partner, Litigation — San Francisco

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a busy commercial litigation practice in San Francisco with a focus on product liability and mass-tort matters. The role is client-facing and involves managing complex, high-stakes litigation from intake through trial and appeal.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role on litigation strategy, supervision of associates, and cross-practice collaboration. There is strong opportunity to expand the practice through business development and by mentoring junior lawyers.

• Admitted to practice in California (or able to obtain admission)
• Established commercial litigation practice with significant experience in product liability and mass-tort matters
• Proven trial and hearing experience and strong courtroom advocacy
• Proven business development skills and client relationship management
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
