Partner, Litigation — San Francisco

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a litigation practice in the San Francisco office with a strong focus on class actions and privacy & data protection matters. The role will be client-facing and involve managing complex litigation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and taking a leading role in trial and appellate work.

The successful candidate will help grow the practice through client development, supervise associates, and contribute to firm strategy for litigation matters in the technology and consumer sectors. This is a leadership position with substantial autonomy to build a book and shape the team.

• Established track record in class action and privacy/data-protection litigation
• Proven client development and team leadership experience
• Active bar admission in California (or willing to obtain)
