Partner — Litigation & Securities, Minneapolis

Senior litigation partner position in Minneapolis focused on securities, regulatory and healthcare-related disputes. The role will lead complex securities litigation and white-collar matters, and work with life‑sciences and digital health clients on regulatory and enforcement issues.

The team advises healthcare and life‑sciences companies, investors and executives on litigation and investigations arising from securities and regulatory obligations. The appointed partner will lead cases, supervise associates, and collaborate with cross‑disciplinary advisers.

• Proven partner-level litigation experience in securities, regulatory enforcement or white‑collar matters
• Track record of leading complex commercial or healthcare-related disputes and internal investigations
• Strong client development skills and ability to originate and expand client relationships
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in Minnesota
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
