Partner — Litigation & Securities, Phoenix

Leading US law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to head and grow a litigation practice focused on securities, healthcare and life sciences matters, including white‑collar and regulatory enforcement work. The role will involve partner-level case leadership, managing senior associates, and handling high‑stakes disputes and government investigations.

The partner will also develop business across digital health and life‑sciences clients, coordinate cross‑practice regulatory advice, and work closely with internal teams to service complex, interdisciplinary matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in securities litigation, white‑collar defense or regulatory enforcement matters
• Experience advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients, including digital health matters
• Proven business development and team leadership skills; ability to originate significant work
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
