- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner track record in securities litigation, investigations or white‑collar defense
- Extensive trial and dispositive motion experience and strong courtroom presence
- Proven business development and client relationship skills
- Active bar membership in California (or eligible to transfer)
