Partner, Litigation & Securities — San Francisco

Senior partner opportunity in a well-established law firm seeking a litigation leader with deep securities experience. The role will focus on handling complex securities disputes and regulatory matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team in the firm's San Francisco office, take a lead role on high-stakes matters, and contribute to growth and strategic development of the practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in securities litigation and regulatory enforcement matters
• Strong trial and/or appellate advocacy record and experience managing teams
• Demonstrated business development ability and client relationships in the securities space
• Active California bar admission (or ability to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
