Partner, Litigation & Technology — Raleigh

Senior partner hire to lead and grow litigation and technology-related corporate work from the Raleigh office. The role will combine partner-led commercial litigation and cyber/fintech advisory, with responsibility for cross-practice collaboration on M&A and corporate governance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established national practice, drive client relationships in the fintech and cyber security spaces, and act as a visible market-facing partner supporting regional and national teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and technology-related matters (cyber, fintech)
• Track record of originating and managing corporate M&A and governance work
• Ability to work across offices and lead client teams on complex, cross-border matters
