Leading international law firm is seeking a senior lateral partner to join its corporate team in Houston, focusing on M&A and private equity work. The role will involve originating and leading high‑value transactions, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will join a market‑active office with a national and cross‑border client base and work closely with partners across practices to grow the franchise in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and executing complex M&A and private equity transactions
• Established, demonstrable client relationships and revenue generation history
• Experience leading deal teams and integrating with cross‑border practices
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
