Leading Canadian corporate practice is making opportunistic partner hires for its private equity secondaries offering in Toronto. The team advises on secondary transactions of fund interests on both the buy- and sell-side and supports investment managers and institutional investors.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner who can lead and grow a secondaries practice, collaborate with corporate and investment management colleagues, and contribute to business development in the Canadian and cross-border markets.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience advising on private equity secondaries and related fund/transaction documentation
• Strong track record of originating and leading complex corporate/private equity matters
• Admitted to the Ontario bar or otherwise eligible to practise in Canada
