Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Atlanta

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Atlanta real estate and construction practice. The role combines transactional real estate work with construction-related counseling and dispute resolution for sophisticated commercial clients.

The partner will develop and lead client relationships, originate work, manage deal teams, and collaborate across practices on complex development and construction matters. Strong business development and team leadership are essential.

• Significant partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
• Proven record of originating and managing complex transactions and/or disputes
• Admission to practice in Georgia (or ability to qualify)
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, and business development skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
