Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to help grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in Austin. The role will focus on leading client relationships, advising on complex development and construction matters, and collaborating across industry-focused teams.

Candidates should be comfortable handling high-value transactional and contractual matters for owners, developers, and contractors, and should have a track record of originating and managing client work. The office is actively recruiting partners nationwide and offers integration into an experienced multi-disciplinary group.

Open to candidates who bring a strong business development capability and an interest in building a regional practice within a national platform.

Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
Partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including development and construction contracting
Proven business development and client-management skills
Bar admission and ability to practice in Texas (or willingness to obtain)
