Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Austin

Experienced real estate partner sought to lead and grow a multidisciplinary transactional practice from the Austin office. The role will focus on high-value real estate and construction work across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics, resort development and related finance matters.

The successful candidate will join a large, full‑service international firm platform and will work closely with teams across finance, energy and healthcare practices. The position offers responsibility for originating and managing complex leasing, acquisition, development and construction matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development
• Track record advising on sector-specific projects (healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/resort)
• Strong client development and cross‑practice collaboration skills
• Active bar admission in Texas or ability to obtain licensure
