Partner — Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure, Stuttgart

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a Stuttgart-based Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure practice. The role combines high-value transactional work, complex construction advisory and major infrastructure project mandates across the region.

The successful candidate will join a well-established team, advise developers, investors and project sponsors, and play a central role in business development and practice strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunity to shape service lines and grow client relationships.

• Proven track record in Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure matters and experience leading complex project teams
• Strong client development skills and desire to build a Stuttgart practice
• Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and fluency in German and English preferred
• Portable book of business of ‚¬400$“500k
