Seeking a partner to join a well-established Real Estate & Construction practice in the Kansas City office. The role focuses on transactional, development and construction-related work for institutional and corporate clients across a range of industries.

The team handles complex developments, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and construction matters and works closely with industry-focused groups. The office is open to national candidates and offers a platform to grow a specialized practice while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including development, acquisitions, leasing or construction contracting
• Demonstrated client-development skills and ability to originate and grow industry-aligned work
• Track record of collaborating across practices and mentoring junior lawyers
