Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Las Vegas

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a real estate and construction practice in Las Vegas. The role combines transactional "dirt" real estate work with construction matters and cross-selling into estate planning and hospitality-related advisory.

The partner will manage client relationships, originate new business, and supervise a team of associates and counsel. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for practice development and regional market strategy.

• Proven track record in real estate and construction transactions and disputes, with experience advising on hospitality or succession-planning matters a plus
• Strong origination and client-development skills; ability to expand existing client relationships
• Licensed to practice in Nevada or able to become licensed
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
