Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation (Las Vegas)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join and grow its real estate and construction litigation practice in the Las Vegas market. The role focuses on handling complex commercial and construction disputes, leading trial and arbitration matters, and advising institutional and private clients on risk mitigation and dispute strategy.

Successful candidates will take a visible client-facing role, develop and execute business development plans for the region, and supervise and mentor associates. The position offers an opportunity to build a regional platform within an established national practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation
• Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and courtroom presence
• Demonstrated business development skills and client relationship management
• Ability to supervise associates and manage multi-jurisdictional matters
