Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead a Real Estate and Construction litigation practice from its Wilmington office. The role focuses on counseling owners, developers, and contractors on construction disputes, contract claims, and related commercial litigation.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team handling state and federal litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation dispute resolution. This is a client-facing role with significant business development and practice-management responsibilities.
