Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Los Angeles

Senior partner opportunity in a full-service U.S. firm to lead and grow the Real Estate and Construction practice in the Los Angeles market. The role combines client-facing matter work, strategic business development, and team leadership across transactional and advisory matters.

Expect to advise developers, owners, lenders and contractors on a range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, project documentation, and construction contracts and disputes. The position requires active participation in cross-practice collaborations and local market growth initiatives.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, with a record of originating and managing significant client relationships
• Admitted to practice in California and able to practice in Los Angeles
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams and driving business development
