Senior partner-level role to lead and grow a busy real estate and construction practice in downtown Los Angeles. The role sits on a full-service team handling transactional, development, leasing and construction-related matters for developers, owners and financiers.

The office seeks an experienced rainmaker who will originate work, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. This is a visible position with responsibility for business development and practice strategy in Southern California.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record advising on real estate and construction transactions and disputes
• Significant client origination experience and demonstrable business development skills
• Bar admission in California and ability to practice in the Los Angeles office
