Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Muscat

Senior partner-level role to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in Oman. The role is client-facing and strategic, taking responsibility for relationship management, originating new mandates, and overseeing delivery on complex regional transactions and projects.

You'll work with a small established team of fee-earners and be expected to provide visible leadership, develop the local practice, and coordinate with international colleagues on cross-border mandates. This is an opportunity to shape long-term strategy and succession in the office.
