Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Muscat

Leading regional practice seeks a partner to grow and lead real estate and construction work from the Muscat office. The role will advise on cross-border and domestic transactions and disputes for a diverse client base, with frequent collaboration across the firm’s international network.

Ideal candidates will have an established track record in real estate and construction matters, experience working on international matters is strongly preferred, and comfort with partner-level business development and client relationship management is expected.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising on real estate and construction transactions and/or disputes
• Demonstrable client origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with international teams
