Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Philadelphia

A well-established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Philadelphia real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, land use and development matters, and construction-related work, with a component of hospitality-related and succession-planning matters.

The position will involve originating and managing client relationships, leading deal teams, and handling complex real estate and construction disputes and transactions. Candidates should be comfortable working across transactional and litigation matters and developing new business in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters, including development, leasing, and construction disputes
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania or ability to qualify; strong written and oral advocacy skills
