Partner — Litigation & Employment, Philadelphia

Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Philadelphia litigation team with a focus on employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes. The role will handle complex commercial and defense-side matters across state and federal courts and work with multidisciplinary teams on high-stakes matters.

The ideal candidate will build and lead client relationships, supervise associates, and contribute to business development and practice growth in the region. This position offers the opportunity to work on a steady flow of employment and professional liability matters alongside healthcare and construction litigation workstreams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment, professional liability or healthcare-defense matters
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading teams
• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain admission
