- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions, including commercial leasing and project development
- Experience advising clients in healthcare, renewable energy and industrial/logistics sectors
- Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and to lead deal teams
