The role will focus on high-value construction projects, real estate development, and infrastructure work across the region, advising sponsors, developers and contractors.
The successful candidate will run client relationships, originate new work, manage deal teams and mentor junior lawyers. This is a high-visibility role with significant business-development and practice-building responsibility.
- Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure matters in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC
- Track record of originating and leading complex cross-border transactions or major projects
- Strong client development and team leadership skills
