The role combines business development, client relationship management and hands-on legal work on development, construction and property transactions and disputes. The team advises domestic and international clients on regulatory, contractual and project delivery issues.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in real estate and construction matters in the Middle East/GCC.
- Track record of originating and managing high-value mandates and client relationships.
- Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills on construction contracts and property transactions.
