Partner — Real Estate & Construction — San Francisco

Growing national law firm seeks a partner to lead and expand its real estate and construction practice in the San Francisco office. The role combines client-facing transaction work, construction-related counseling and dispute avoidance, and active business development for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, work on sizeable development and construction matters, mentor junior lawyers, and coordinate with cross-office specialists (finance, environmental, and land use) to deliver integrated solutions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in real estate and construction matters
• Significant experience advising on development, construction agreements, and related risk allocation
• Proven business development skills and experience managing client relationships and teams
• Active license to practice in California (or ability to obtain)
