Growing national law firm seeks a partner to lead and expand its real estate and construction practice in the San Francisco office. The role combines client-facing transaction work, construction-related counseling and dispute avoidance, and active business development for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, work on sizeable development and construction matters, mentor junior lawyers, and coordinate with cross-office specialists (finance, environmental, and land use) to deliver integrated solutions.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in real estate and construction matters
Significant experience advising on development, construction agreements, and related risk allocation
Proven business development skills and experience managing client relationships and teams
Active license to practice in California (or ability to obtain)
