Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Washington, D.C.

Senior real estate partner role in a national law firm’s Washington, D.C. office, focused on real property ("dirt law"), construction matters and related hospitality work. The position will also engage with estate planning and succession-planning issues that intersect with real estate holdings.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a transactional and litigation-oriented practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-office teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a visible leadership role with client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Significant partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law, including transactional and litigation matters
